We have a constant contact account which I want to use to send emails and newsletters.
I have written the text but need help designing nice templates, which should take people to a google form.
Then i have to amalgamate the info on the form with the emails and names from the email database onto a spreadsheet
we need an email for:

3. general enquries. There is also a side line to the business that does online childcare course.

1. people who sign up to watch our promotional video
