Modify Altium Project

The project will be to modify an existing Altium project by adding a smartcard reader (there are also other minor changes like board size etc). Full details are in the attached PDF, including the old Altium project schematics.
When the file has been altered and approved, you will manufacture one sample PCB and program it with test code which will be able to read the UID of an RF smart card and contact smart card, as well as read which button has been pressed by the capacitive button then transmit this information via UART over the USB connection in an ASCII stream.
I will send the old altium files for you to work from once the bid is accepted.
