Need a hardware and software with pcb design for a module that will connect to two PIR sensors and will turn on 15 HB leds (1W) one after another in series with a delay of 200-300 ms. Then the lights will be switched off after 30-45 secs. If the lights are on and the PIR is activated in mean time, the timer for switch off should be increased for another 30-45 secs.
The LEDs need to be switched on and off gradually (dimming effect).
The preferred microcontroller to be used are ATmega, but will consider others.
