Maintaining and updating company's existing websites * Design and development of a new site to support * Search engine optimization and web analytic reporting * Design of e-mail newsletters and other e-mail communications Developing Flash content, e.g. online product overviews * Should be creative and be able to design very professional high quality designs and themes. * Should be able to complete each day, at least one design and convert it to html/themes. * Must have knowledge of design integration with CMS (eg. wordpress, xoops, joomla Expertise will be +, x-cart, etc ).

Dreamweaver,tableless coding, CSS, JavaScript, Prototype/jquery lybraries, Illustrator/Photoshop to design web templates, logos and icons for our web and software projects, motools, flex, actionscript * Smarty : Template Engine * Good knowledge of W3c standards and latest technologies. 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
