Hello, I am looking to have a Pooltogether prize strategy developed for a token that implements reflected distribution and set up as a staking pool. This would be a standard community pool hosted on PoolTogether, for the hoge token, and a single winner strategy.

I would like the prize strategy to reward 1% of the prize to the pool owner, but possibly be configurable using Pooltogether's builder / admin panel. Doc on prize strategy is below.
