Excel Application to calculate multi faceted complex monthly sale commission calculations

I am looking to use an excel application to automate the calculation of monthly salesperson commissions.
We have 2 groups
Capital Sales – Runs January to December
Parts Sales – Runs April to March
Within each category the rates, abatements and calculations all vary slightly.
It will need to include a monthly and running summary of commission tally’s
From a set of raw data I need the application to calculate the commission for each person and create a calculation sheet that can be emailed direct to each sales staff member.
The raw data is as follows (and is stored in an exel table we use for sales recording)
Territory 1 Sales
Territory 2 Sales
Territory 3 Sales
Territory 4 Sales
Territory 5 Sales
Product 1
Product 2
Product 3
Individual sales by product
Customer 1 - 20
Then for each sub set of data, it needs to calculate
YTD sales
Need to apply an abatement before commission starts
Different commission rates for each staff members
Calculate GP% on YTD sales
Used the GP% to determine certain calculations
Calculate commission on specific product and customer spend at varying %’s and abatement amounts
Combine different territories and products
Individual sale
It is most likely easiest for me to attached examples of my current manual output sheets. I will also attach a sheet that forecasts the sales staff commission
There is a complication in the fact that on sales from 0 – 12.5M commission is paid to sales staff based on set territory but once 12.5M is reached it is based on all territories. Then the payment structure changes.
There are thresholds that need to be met before certain commission is due
The abatement only applies once, so once the threshold is met the abatement ceases to apply
I wonder if the application needs to cater for ALL the commission elements and they can be selected or de selected for individual employees??
