Excel drop Down List Programming for a Restaurant

I need to create an Excel spreadsheet for a restaurant to enter invoices. Each invoice could have different accounts on it (food, supplies, chemical, etc.) and there are several invoices each day.
I'm picturing a template for each invoice that uses drop down lists to select which account the product belongs to. You would enter the vendor info, date, invoice number and check number. You would then have 6-8 lines, each with a drop down list, where you could enter your product. So for one invoice, line 1 could be food for $50, line 2 could be supplies for $25 and line 3 could be chemicals for $25. There will be several invoices each day and I need this repeated all 7 days of the week. Each account would have to be totaled on our daily sales report.
I would like to have it set up so that there is only one template displayed on an invoice entry tab and you have the option of adding as many templates as you need. For validation I would like it set up so that you can't add a new template unless the previous one is correctly totaled, meaning if the invoice amount is $100 and you have $110 in product listed it won't let you go ahead without fixing it. The invoice total would have to match the total of the line items.
I have a daily sales report set up and I would like to incorporate this into it. I have attached our current spreadsheet with what I have started. If you look at the Tuesday tab you can see how we're currently entering invoices. The problem is when we have an invoice with multiple accounts you have to enter the info in different areas. Our bookeeper then has to put them all together to book the check.
