Looking for Game Design Team

Plain and simple:

I'm a Freelance Computer Programmer / Game Developer.

I'm currently looking to start up a Game Design Team, and need a few dedicated members.

The catch is, because it will be a newly formed company, there are absolutely no funds - so there is no pay.

This is only temporary though.. Trust me, I don't like very much doing free work either!

When money starts to come in, though, have no doubt that the team will all be paid fair and equally.

I'm looking to start a serious Team and Business; not looking to rip anyone off, or give myself a bad name.

I need members with ideas for games, and the necessary skills for their responsibilities.

Being a Programmer/Developer, I can handle taking care of things on that end.

What I'm really looking for is a dedicated Graphic Artist (Perhaps 2), and possibly a Composer / Music Writer.

It would be a huge plus if the Graphic Designer knows a little bit about Flash, as far as animation and placing things on the stage goes. If not, I could easily teach you how - it's not very difficult to learn.

My goal is to Develop and Design some Flash games and other fun goodies, and design a web site to put everything on.

Think a new "addictinggames" or "newgrounds" or "candystand" or any other game-related web site.

I also have many other business ideas in mind, but I'd like to start off with this one.

So if you're interested in starting a Team (from ground up), please send me a PM with some portfolio work and a detailed description on how your skills can be utilized.

Expect to come up with Game Ideas and all additional details to creating games from the ground up.
