URGENT - Simple Flash cartoon - Needed ASAP

Hello, i am looking for someone who can put together a quick little flash animation for me. It would be one of these little cartoons you see floating around the web. I have a photo of a person that i need someone to build a little cartoon where you have the person standing there and and arm next to him, and when someone clicks the mouse it will punch hiim in the face and case damage until his head falls off. This is a very simple little project, just need it dons ASAP and i do not have the time to build it. My budget is not high since this is a personal project and not something to make money with.
