Fix my portfolio page in flash

Budget for this is 40$.

I have a website at [url removed, login to view] I like everything about it except my portfolio page. People complain that when they click no a thumbnail it doesnt do anything, in the websites category it doesnt take them to the live site. etc. So what I want is a better mini flash gallery that will fit perfectly inside that orange box. Thats all I need done. I can provide you the fla for my site its in as2 or as3 i believe.
