Flash Based Video Recorder

Hi All,

we are searching for someone who can create an application in flash (includes programming) where users can use their webcam to record the video online.

After the video has been recorded, a copy of the video is automatically saved in a folder.

The videos will be recorded using a webcam with high resolution. The video format should be preferably in flv or any other format where it can be used on a website.

Ideally the person should have experience working with webcams and preferably provide a sample of how he has used the webcam to capture a professional video.

2. Do you have knowledge of Action Scripting, if yes how many years of experience and provide examples of action applications you have done.
