Flash Animated Video Conversion

ToonUps has a large portfolio of over 100 60-second Flash animations that need to be converted to video format. Each animation will also need minor typographic and programmatic changes as part of the conversion (e.g. changing copyright dates, company name etc), and there is a possibility for the need of small animation changes as well.
We would like to break the project into phases - for example, with the first phase being the conversion of five videos, the second phase being 20 videos, and the third being 25 videos, and the fourth being 50. We are looking for a freelancer with deep Flash experience and basic animation skills. Each animation was created with some dynamic code for server-side customization and digital rights management, so the process requires experience in Flash programming beyond mere Flash to video conversion.
I have attached three files for review. The first, Flash Conversion Example, is an example of the kinds of changes each Flash animation will require. The second two are the .fla files to examine.
