Write my biography (blue blooded tribe)

I want a book written about the experiences ive had growing up and living in a monarchy and it should take a few months to write. its a different view of the world from a saudi scottish guy. I would preffer if the writer can publish it. Otherwise, i'll figure it out for myself....so no publishing affects the price. I hope to have a very good writer as this will take collaboration....skype ID will be provided after winner is selected.
