172409 Creative Template Designer

I currently have a template already designed. Im not pleased with it and would like someone to make it creative.

I have a mascot that needs to be incorporated. The template would have to be original and creative. Not to a regular corporate type or web 2.0 feel but something more personalized.

I only need 1 page template. It's not a complicated page either. Only has the basics.

All I really need is a really good header, and headline seperators, as the content needs no design. So I am not looking to spend a lot, but a respectful price of course.

**IMPORTANT** I am sick of people that are posting unoriginal total newbie work filling up the PMB.

Please only post 2-4 of your best work. No sales-pitch please.
