Need experienced grafical designer for website headers

We are looking for a graphic artist with exceptional creativity and flair to continue working on our website banners.
Please no web developers who learned how to work with Photoshop. We need a designer who can make drawings or icons for further work.
Our designer is on World tour (2 years) so we need a designer to finish the job.
There is a lot of graphical work that needs to be done like header design, bookcovers, newsletters, logo’s in Illustrator for printed matter, etc.
As a test we like to start with the design of 12 website headers. If the result is good and the price payable than we can continue with the rest.
I have to tell you that the quality standard must be high because this is the look and feel of our company.

Procedure:
We are looking for someone who can finish the job working according to following procedure:
• Making raw design
• Sending example to us for review
• Corrections
• Finishing design and implementing it on our website
First job: A Microsoft Excel Header:
• Clearly spreadsheet
• Header color: the green color of MS Excel
• Width: 1003 pixels Height 260 pixels
• Representing following elements.: example: Formulas and functions, lists, pivottables, … (feel free to take other topics)
If u want to reuse backgrounds or images please ask, we have most of it in .psd format.
After finishing the MS Excel header we can work on the headers below:
MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Project, Access, Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Photoshop Elements en Adobe writer 9.
Payment:
You will show us the result online or in .jpg format. After approval you sent us a invoice by mail. The payment will be done and you will sent us the .psd files.
Porfolio
Please sent us some examples of your work. Those who already make an example header (MS Excel), so we can see that the design is according our standards, have an advantage.
