Flyer Design for Basketball Events

Client needs a Flyer Design for a basketball event.
Need two sizes, 1) Standard 8.5" x 11" page flyer which can be printed, 2) A square version which can be easily used for Facebook, Instagram, and other online postings.
Design needs to incorporate a clients logo, information, and photos included in the document provided. Should match colours with a very nice design. Doesn't need to be overly complicated, a nice professional looking design done quickly.
For this project we require the following:
-Unlimited changes to graphics and content until client is satisfied
-Payment will be provided only when the final design is accepted and we have received PSD, JPG and PDF formats.
-Communication only with me via freelancer
-Maximum bid of $50 will be accepted.
I will provide a copy of his flyer info and logo design.
