Newsletter Design Templates for Logistics Company

I need someone to develop 3 x templates to be used for regular newsletters for my company. The templates will need to be regularly amended and updated so will need to be able to be edited in MS Word or similar. I already have company logo and rough ideas for format including information that will be replicated for each format (e.g. banners/contact details). Newsletter/Flyer will only be 1-3 pages and will initially be sent as PDF to our clients. I envisage this being a fairly simple project for someone with the right skills.
