Simple redraw of logo in vector eps full layer psd provided

I have a logo drawn for me as attached with preserved layers in photoshop. I can convert the file to eps but the "S" and plug are unclear as its not drawn in vector and I dont have illustrator. Its a simple job. It needs redrawing and saved in eps - vector drawn - as it has to be enlarged to at least 100cm width for my little van without looking pixalated.
Can you have a look and post a price for redrawing in illustrator as a vector and sending in all file formats inc esp
with and without the tag line.
Timeframe: I need COMPLETED TODAY please.
Please send me a sample of eps that you have drawn that will enlarge without degrading.
