Create graphics from the attached PSD file

See attached PSD. I need graphics that show only the character part of the logo, from the top of the man's head down to and including at least part of the pipe. You will need to eliminate the other parts of the graphic (the orange oval and and all the words). The final graphic should contain only the drawing of the man (including the rays coming out of he light and the pipe smoke) on the same green background without the other parts of the logo.
I need three sizes: 31x31, 125x125, and 250x250. I need one version of each size a circle and one in a square, each with a thin black border (6 graphics in all-- the three sizes, each in a circle and a square).
I would like the editable final graphic in case I need to make changes later, plus each graphic in JPEG, PNG, TIFF, and EPS.
I don't know very much about graphics, so if any of the above doesn't make sense, let me know.
