Magazine Design

I need a very professional designer to design a magazine for me. I got this contract from the company and I'm willing to give it to a very serious and fast designer. The magazine is due for print on the 15th of May and it is yet to be design.

So if you think you are the best and as fast as a cheetah then you should bid for this project..please it is not a mere play, this is international and it is seriousness.

Please before the contract is awarded you will have to design a MOCK-UP coverpage. I want a straight to point bid please
