Copying part of another website for an API to have dynamic data updated automatically on my site

So I have a website, and I have spoken to the owner of another website that has allowed me to use their data of player stats that gets updated automatically on a weekly basis on their website. I want this data embedded on my site, along with all of the updated players as well. Unfortunately the data is dynamic and they do not have an API at all for this.
