Create a photography website

I have no idea how to make a website, web hosting and web space etc.
I need a professional web designer to create a photography website (i'll draw up plans etc and send them).
I plan on having the art work for sale so would need an online shop where a user clicks on a photo, a box pops up for sizes and then it takes you to the order page.
I'll need multiple pages for example, about us, contact etc
I will also need a members page where users can log in to upload their photos.
Once the website is complete, i'll need to be taught how to add more pictures etc and would want full control of the website to add more stuff.
We can discuss this more once you have sent a proposal. Please only send your proposal if you are 100% confident you'll be able to complete this and make a very nice website and show me how to use it.
