Customise a Magento template to match a design

Hi,
We have created a Magento website design based on a template we purchased from Themeforest. We have changed the logo and colour scheme slightly.
I have set-up and installed the template onto a developement server and require the changes made to match the PDF design we have created.
These are mainly CSS colour changes, a few images swaps and some minor template modifications
I will supply the PDF design and access to the dev server for the work to be completed. The template must remain responsive etc and no shoddy work by people who don't know what they are doing!
Possibility of plenty more work for the right person!
