Website Requirements

1. Wireframe + Web Designs + HTML5:

a. The wireframe is a black and white representation of the website like a blueprint which will give the admin of the site an idea of how it will look.

b. Individual design pages will be created for every inner page.

2. Content Management System with special template per page:

a. This allows the admin to manage all the content displayed in front-end of the website.

b. Allows the admin to manage different content blocks of the website like footer content.

c. All the menu and sub-menu will be managed by the admin.

3. Restaurant Management:

a. The admin can add/manage restaurants.

b. The admin can add/manage menus and prices.

c. Admin can add location details, categories of food for restaurants.

d. Admin can arrange for top three spots in search for each category sponsor restaurants.

4. User Management:

a. The admin can add/manage users.

b. Users can sign up and change their settings.

c. Users can retrieve their password.

d. Users can save multiple addresses and save favorite orders.

5. Offer Management:

a. The admin would be able to schedule offers for the restaurant.

b. The user would be able to view the latest offers/special offers on the home page.

6. Online Support Request/Contact Form + Live Chat:

a. Online support request form can be filled by users or restaurants to contact us.

b. It will be emailed to specific addresses within the company.

c. Live chat to be established where a user/restaurant can deal directly with our staff.

7. Payment Integration:

a. The user will be able to specify shipping information and pay online using payment gateways.

b. Shopping cart with comments for customized orders for users.

8. Tracker System:

a. Site statistics and analysis.

b. The admin will be able to track payments.

c. The admin will be able to track all orders and sales.

d. All orders must be stored for legal & audit purposes.

e. The bids by restaurants for advertising space should be displayed.

9. Blog Management:

a. Option for admin to create blog posts and blog categories.

b. The active blog posts will be displayed in the front-end based on approved design.

c. Option for visitors to post comments for blog posts.

d. Comments on approval by admin will be displayed against posts.

10. Restaurant Review:

a. The admin shall be able to moderate the discussion.

b. Option for users to discuss the restaurant and rate it.

11. Website Search:

a. This will allow users to search for specific restaurants.

b. Advanced search options including restaurant category or option to search whole site for exact information being searched, where search will look for keyword in whole site.

12. Newsletter Module:

a. The users can become members of the newsletters and will enable site admin to grab details of users subscribed to the newsletter from the admin panel and option to send email newsletters.

13. Slider Management:

a. This module will enable the admin of the site to create/manage slider images displayed in the home page.

b. Option to add details and descriptions for each image uploaded

c. The images will be displayed in sliders in the home page of the site.

14. Cart Management:

a. Option for users to add multiple items of interest to cart with customization box for comments.

b. The user will be able to pay for the meal through cash or online payment.

15. Restaurant Login:

a. Option for restaurants to check the orders they have received.

b. Email notifications for the orders placed.

16. Responsive Design:

a. The website will be smartphone friendly, when viewed by a smartphone/tablet the look of the site will be adapted to the screen.

17. English/Arabic:

a. The site must have an English and Arabic version, where the main page gives the option to be taken to the English or Arabic version of the site.
