Experienced Graphic Design Firm needed ASAP

We are the leading Investment Bank in the United States in the structured products space and we are looking for a Graphic Design firm for a long term relationship to handle our company's creative needs. This will include designing banners, traditional website layouts, logos and branding projects, and transaction portal UI design. We only need the design elements done and delivered to us in PSD/AI files, we DO NOT require any programming.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FIRM THAT IS STRONG IN DESIGN THAT PROGRAMMING!!!

The key items we are looking for are:

1. Strong English communications skills -- must be perfect

2. Ability to understand project requirements THE FIRST TIME

3. Strong creative team with ability to brainstorm (in a group) highly creative solutions for our needs

**4. MUST BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE experience in UI design of transnational portals targeted for business use OR highly complex consumer portal (prefer experience in UI design of financial transaction portal)

**5. Ability to demonstrate experience designing layouts and UI's with next generation transitions in mind (responsive, animated CSS, no-refresh AJAX)

6. Availability during US Eastern Standard Time hours

Compensation will be on a per hour basis and paid for the first project via freelancer escrow and for future projects directly via paypal.

There are currently 3 projects in the pipeline:

1. Banner ad and logo design (test project) (estimated 4 hours)

2. Traditional website redesign (estimated 15 hours)

3. Financial Transaction Extranet Portal UI design for new system (50 templates) (estimated 100 hours)
