Add four rows in an author box

Hi everybody,
first of all sorry for my bad english.
I need someone who can help me with a custom request from my client.
Basically I am working on this site: [login to view URL] (I have installed the wordpress theme Morpheus). In the "Autori" page section, you can see four authors and their relative photos. My client asked me to add four rows of 5 authors (20 authors more) with smaller photos under those four authors (the "big ones").
Can somebody help me?
