I am relaunching my property finder business in Manchester with a new name/website.
We're potentially looking for something along these lines but with a simpler layout.

I am looking to build a site with high-quality photography throughout and alternating background video on the landing page ideally. I will be able to supply all video/photography and written content. The site will need a blog and it's important that all written content is easily editable by myself - so the backend has to be userfriendly for non-developers.
Basic SEO work should be included in the initial build.
My previous site was poorly configured for mobile so I'd like the new site to run well on both desktop and mobile.
The site should also run fast in and outside of mainland China - hopefully this is just a matter of hosting in the correct region (e.g. Hong Kong).
