Build a Website

I have a vision. I have bought the domain names [login to view URL] and retireeinvestment.co. I need an excellent looking website to help sell the property. I also want to attract retirees, caravaners, Recreational vehicle, even disabled people to look at my site. thing is I am selling a property which in reality is probably worth $450k I want $550k. so I need to market it right. I have a diploma in marketing but no web skills however my brother is a web developer so I wont be taken for a ride. the property is on gumtree with the best description I could come up with short term, I have uploaded all 50 professional photos and it is also to be linked to the [login to view URL] site. I need it to pop, and want a lot off traffic. I may have more properties to list and ongoing work to maintain and freshen up the website. please help. my brother says no one form India? I am not racist but I need a no bullshit type designer who understands what I want. see its a dual occupancy, with room for the potential owner to park his RV or caravan in the granny flat and rent out the main house for good income cash. lot of cash money in the baby boomer/ grey nomad demographic. this particular property would suit a wheel chair bound disability person too who could have a carer live in the granny flat. if you hear me you'll understand what I need. thanks chris
