Create a Rectangular Label & Logo

I want a clean looking (not too much clutter) but attractive LABEL for protein powder - which includes all necessary details and a logo - you will have to also create the label as seperate file for future use.
Your design will be a simple sticker as a label - I want to be able to stick the label on the bag.
I have attached details which I want on the label - and also 2 PDF's of another protein powder which you can use to create this label - HOWEVER PLEASE NOTE - you will create only 1 label to go on front of package - not a front and back.
I would like a draft created first - for which I will tell you what changes to implement for final copy.
When you submit files to me - I will require original Photoshop or Illustrator files sent to me so I can edit later if I need to.
Payment will be released once I am fairly satisfied with end product for label and logo. Please note, all details in the details file submitted must be added to the label.
US $30 for the freelancer. Expect it should take under 2 hours and maybe extra 10/20 mins for changes to draft.
I don't mind if it's simple - but must just look nice. Don't use white background.
Lots More work Needed so if job is good, you can expect daily jobs from me.
