Graphic Designer Virtual Assistant

Looking for a casual working virtual assistant
No minimum number of hours per i will give projects as i go
Can be between 0-5 projects per week
No time limits and very casual work for some extra money
Projects will be based around creating cartoon graphics or pictures.
Looking for someone great at drawing cartoon characters for a future project.
Trial Project to test the virtual assistant will used, they will be paid and if i am satisfied i will hire them long term for future projects.
