Outsourcing partner for Website Maintenance, Graphic Design, Data Entry, General Tasks

I am looking for a partner to help manage executable tasks for my company. Several years ago, I partnered with an outsourcing company who would take my tasks and distribute them to their correct staff members to execute. I had one project manager that I worked with directly for the overall management of all projects and there were several employees that worked on specific types of tasks.
Here are the tasks that I regularly have:
* Basic WordPress management: plugin updates, installations, etc.
* Data management in Excel
* Graphic Design for flyers, brochures, web sites, etc.
* Possibly some basic customer service request management
Obviously, there would have to be different rates for some of these tasks; however, I'd like to find a partner that can handle all of these and ensure that I have a solid person able to do these tasks as I need them, often on short notice.
