Own Cloud integration from Amazon in a website

We need a website where a user can sign up and use our own cloud somewhat similar like dropbox but in more simplified way which we will take from Amazon since we are new to this we have no guidance what so ever on how to go about it as we are launching our own website we need our own cloud apps/servers from amazon.
the site could possible to much one would expect user account
the allotment of GB we give them and the further more they can purchase recurring or one time / yr.
sync with all computers if one is logged in, ever note feature to capture notes, share them with a public link and auto destroy the link / expire the link after certain period regular backups so we never lose the data..
