Poster Adjustments & resizing

I have a poster that I would like to have fixed. There needs to be some dates changed, some colors matched and some simple alterations made to it, as well as sizing 11" x 17"
I will also need to have 6 images captured and resized, so that I may create buttons. This may be as easy as me finding the pictures, sending them to you and you changing the size to 1 1/4 inch and 2 1/4 inch rounds.
I am estimating no more than an hour of work for a skilled graphic artist. No design needed, just adjustments.
