Hi I want to make Forum Website
It's theme is about religious website. A Muslim Forum.
It will be a place where Indonesian Muslim can talk and discuss about Islam religion.
I think it will be better if you as the freelancer is a Muslim too so you can more easily understand about the project.
1) It's name is : Mutiara Al - Quran
2) It will be Forum Website. With simple and defined thread.
3) The website Home Page can display The Quranic verses with beautiful templates that will comes out constantly every 1 hour or more.
4) The website Home Page will display the latest Blog feeds, the latest thread feeds, the most Popular Blog feeds, the most Popular Threads...etc...etc...
5) It should have a Blog in it. With scheduled post feature.
6) It should have email blast to members feature. With real time blast.
7) Only members can read Blog Posts. Visitors can only read summary.
8) Admin can send notification via email or via the Forum itself. If the Admin has published a new Blog Posts.
9) Admins and Members can share a thread via email, social media, etc...
10) Admin can give penalty to members : 1 week ban, 1 month ban, 3 months ban, etc...or ban forever.
11) Members can Vote Up a Thread, comments , like, or react ( like in Facebook for example ).
12) Members can invite his/ her friends to join the Forum Website as a member via email.
13) It should be a responsive web.

16) It should have a Custom appearance. Not Generic Appearance.
17) Any suggested Ideas that can improve the website are welcome
18) Members can have real time notification via email if he or she wants to subscribe to thread that he/she wants to follow. So he/she gets notification whenever a new comments comes up.
19) Member should received notifications if he/ she gets banned by admin automatically.
20) It should have a scheduled email broadcast feature.
21) It should have a scheduled blog post.
22) Scheduled post quranic verses (On the front page)
23) It's better if you have experience working on forum websites.
24) It should have a Muslim Calendar that can show and guide about certain Muslim holidays and ceremonial Dates On the front Page.
24) An out of the box design is a must. It must have an unusual attractive design.
25) Good communication and good attitude is a must. I dont want to work with someone who only think of his/her interest. Yet disregarding his/ her client interest.
