Simple template/theme for my OpenCart site

I'm an OpenCart Developer(Coder). I built my site myself : http://extmarket.org. But my template site is so same opencart.com. I want to make another simple template/theme. May be there are some changes about colors , font, style,...etc.
I need a design to build new simple beautiful template/theme for my site. He need understand about OpenCart , he have to make sure that new template/theme will works on all browsers(include phones something likes Iphone/IPad, Android ,...). I think we should not use CSS3(may be it doestn't work on all previous browsers). The new template/theme should be beautiful. i want to see a DEMO before you do it. And the money will be paid when your work is done . Thanks :)
