Need Report Card/student grading system that produces reports to guardians. Be simple, flexible and easy to use. Must be desktop application both online and offline.

* Design for multiple schools with individual school with unique activation code

* Allows teachers to enter list of students and monitor progress across different semesters/terms across a academic year.

* Require exporting out information into a word and pdf template

* Neat user interface and intuitive

* Templates provided with option for customizing templates.

* A teacher may have more than 1 class

*The system should store previous results for the teacher

* System must allow for a username and password for each teacher and should allow the option to run independently on user notebook or centrally off a main server with multiple users.

* The configuration of the school names, details and templates should be controlled by the system admin and also controlled by a password

* Some of the fields required:

** Academic Year, Semester/Term

** Student First Name, Surname, Gender

** List Subjects taken (10 subjects, each school enter their own subjects). These should correspond to their grades

** Skills/Values Acquired (5 values/skills, each school to enter their own)

**Number of days absent

Note: School Logo and contact details must be at the top of the report card. Below report card should be space for Principal, Class teacher and student to sign
