The best UI with limited functionality for iOS application prototype (presenting to investors)

Doesn't need to be fully coded! I'm not looking for a fully functional application - I don't have the budget for it yet.
So a user interface created in Keynote or PPT with some functionality is acceptable.
There are about 20 screens to be designed - I have a detailed wireframe already designed with reference clips that can be copied to make it easy for the developer.
The sign-up page: very similar to Instagram
The initial information requests: very similar to Foursquare
There is a mini-feed: similar to most other mini-feeds with clicking enabled
There is a calendar screen: so user can pinch in and out to go up and down between day, month, year etc.
There is a search screen: where users can search other users by name and expertise
There is a profile page: a big image of the user, their metrics, interests and a button to connect
There is a location feature: where location will be accessed and can be posted
There is a final feature: which allows you to invite people and create chats similar to whatsapp
I can't provide any more details until I have selected a suitable developer.
Please send me your portfolio, the quality of your work must be in-line with some of the most popular apps and UIs out there - if not, I won't consider your proposal.
