We are looking to develop a web site that is capable of registering clients and services and match those (filtering implied). Something similar in appearance to Fiverr or [login to view URL]
As a first step we'd need working pages to register clients, providers and services.
A home/presentation page with internal search should be ready for the first iteration as well and show available services compartmentalized as per DB with "bread crumbs" style of request tracing and cookies based authorization/authentication.
Further we would add processing payment via credit card and/or paypal with excel based reports. We can present database design and/or discuss it.
Website should be responsive and expandable/portable. Designer should take into consideration our later intention to create corresponding phone app as well.
