Basically I need a website that offers players to place bets on a coin flip, they will then wait for another player to join their game once the other player joins the game will start and a winner will be chosen based on RNG. This will need to be provably fair so a seed and hash must be displayed after each game.
Players will deposit virtual currency via a live chat and the operator can give them "credits" on their website account

I would like a BLOOD RED COIN for the 1% chance both players lose flip
