Modify my Mobile Wordpress Site

I have a wordpress theme that is mobile responsive, but there are several things I want to modify on the mobile version. There is another site using the same theme as me, but there mobile version looks much better than mine (IMO) and I want to pretty much replicate their mobile site. All that really needs modified are a few things on the homepage as well as the single post pages. Probably shouldn't take an experienced mobile dev. all that long to accomplish. Message me and I will give you details of my site as well as site that I am trying to replicate in terms of mobile.
