Geolocation - Smartphone & Beacon

I need a counter within a HTML webpage which displays the distance between a user's smartphone(geolocation) and object (beacon). For example: You are 10 meters away from the beacon. Probably the beacon can be calculated by longitude and altitude.
How closer the user comes to the beacon, how less meters it will display on the webpage.
Once you have the job, I will send you the HTML files where it needs to be put in. Thanks!

Greetings! I understands your requirement. Provided that the beacon is also GPS enabled, it is possible to do that. I am interested to do this project.
Constantly work with geolocation. Your requirement is quite trivial and I'm happy to help you. Also, most smartphones do not record altitude. Did you mean Latitude?
