Update a website with some image/button/link in a mobile friendly way

The following website

where the bottom part after the text should look like this:

- The new text should have no links.
- The iOS app store button and the Android/Web button should have the links from the buttons before (aktually ios button will stay the same and for Android/Web just the look of the button changes)
- The eatAround image should have the same link, that the iOS download button has.
- The website should remain responsive. So on smartphone it should look like:
[login to view URL]
- Please make sure, that the space from "Android Web" to the button is smaller on mobile device. And the space of "Android Web" to the iOS Download button should be bigger.
I need the result as code-Snipped, that I can insert into the [login to view URL] website. Or you can send me the whole [login to view URL] page again. But I don't want it to be changed in any other part than the lines, that are responsible for the button (e.g. no reformatting). The needed css should go right into the block of code, that I need to insert. It would be best, if I could insert it on any other website and it would also work responsivly (except changing the links inside)
