WordPress Email & Stripe Payment Setup

Hello, we require our emails and stripe payments, inclusive of Apple Pay to be set up.
1. STRIPE SETUP
We have set up our website for Stripe in Beta mode however we would like it done professionally with testing before making the site Live.
2.
We have attempted to configure the emails but we are not sure here, something is going wrong. We require this setup and tested before making the site Live.
3.
We would like our WooCommerce currency converter set up. We have already added both currencies and need clarification all is working well.
