Convert a Template to a Website

I have a website ready in HTML , the website contains Home about us products and about 5-7 more sections that will be about 20-35 pages approximately.
i need to convert to CMS , with facility to add/edit/delete more products, and url rewriting , add /edit/delete images in product gallery thumbnails.
The website has a products sections, where the products listed on the basis of there category, industry and type.
Everything apart from layout should be manageable, that to in UMBRACO or asp.net based CMS.
We do not want to change design, replace any slider or look of the website.
Interested Candidate should be experienced in completing the work in timebound manner.
Proven (can demo) the previous similar work in the similar technology.
