Ecommerce Organic Marketing Expert Needed

Hello - I'm looking for a proven ecommerce marketing specialist to run SEO and Search Marketing programs for my website to get it on top of google (frankly I care less about top of google and more about sales).

I need someone who can drive the online marketing efforts (predominantly off-page SEO) that has prior experience doing wonders for ecommerce clients.

Please note that you need to be able to showcase prior experience specifically for ecommerce sites or your bid would not be considered. Please do not send generic bids promising me the moon.

My monthly budget is between $150 and $200. I understand seo is a long term strategy, so I'm looking to commit myself to 6 months.

But I would like to start seeing results in terms of traffic growth in 2-3 months and then of course it continues to increase in 6 months.

100% white hat only. No article spinning (unless it is 90% unique). I can very well get individual broken services of article writing and submission, directory submission, blog posting, forum posting, blog commenting,. guest blogging, badly posted social media junk from Fiverr :)

The ideal service provider would have this prior experience and know what to do to keep pushing the site to the top of google and keep driving results.

The reason I'm hiring a professional is so that I can focus on sourcing products and loading it into my site while, you professionals focus on driving traffic and hopefully sales and conversions.

YES - You can suggest to me long tail keywords. My current category keywords (including those categories currently not in the site) includes -

a) Womens Plus Size Clothes

b) Women's Plus Size Tops

c) fashion purses

d) Womens Plus Size Dresses

e) fashion tote bags

f) womens discount clothing

The keywords were picked using exact match with google keyword planner. I have not used Market Samurai or other tools. All white hat seo should be google panda, penguin and hummingbird and safe from any other potential animal google might come up with in the near future.

Only experienced pros. Please showcase prior work in client ecommerce site that resulted in traffic increase or your bid doesn't mean anything to me. I'm looking for a partner and not just a service provider. So please think long term. This job will be cross posted in multiple freelancer marketplaces like Odesk and Elance.
