100 contextual blog comments for medical website

I need 100 dofollow links via blog comments. You need to find relevant topics to place comments with our backlinks.
1) Comments MUST NOT look like spam, so you need to skim read the
blog post and leave a relevant comment with at least 20 words/2
sentences in it. No stuff like "great site", "nice post", "excellent comment".
2) Comments MUST be hand written and unique - if the comments are
alike or some software has been used to leave them, I won't pay for them.
3) Back links MUST contain given anchor text.
4) Blogs MUST be related to the topic given.
5) Blogs must be with PR2+ (though individual post may not have PR).
6) Blog post should be no more than 2 year old.
7) Blog post should have no more than 10 comments.
Please provide previous work on related project for consideration.
