Manual Web Directory Submission Needed

I need to submit the website to as many web directories as possible.
This MUST be done manually! The website for submission is a news website.
Project requirements.
1. The submission process must be done manually.
2. You must provide two reports: a). directories where the website was submitted to and after one or one and half month list of approved listings (actual URLs where I can see the website being listed in the directory).
3. You must guarantee at least 75% approval rate. It means the maximum number of not approved listing must be lower than 25% in 1.5 month after submission. in case if approval rate is lower than 75% the project will fail.
4. The first report must be deliver no longer than 2 weeks after project is assigned to a freelancer.
