Watermark Videos/Post on Youtube

This is a very simple YouTube job and I'm willing to hire multiple people.
Description:
I own a video site. I'm trying to drive some traffic to it through YouTube. This is what you will have to do.
Research on the internet and find a video trailer for an upcoming movie, newly released movie, or popular movie that is still in theaters. Then, you will watermark it so that my advertisement is displayed. Then, upload it, and send me the link.
If you can do that, I will hire you. This shouldn't take more than 5 minutes to watermark and 5 minutes to upload.
Basically the steps would be:
1) I tell you what videos.
2) Find trailers.
3) Download trailers.
4) Water mark with advertisement to my website.
5) Upload and link.
Paying $2 a video if your account is brand new or $3 a video if your YouTube account is older than 2 years. I'll be ordering a at least 5 videos, and this will keep going as new movies come out.

Also, at the bottom of the video (not in the actual trailer, right under) I want you to link back to my site.
PREFERRED:
Fluent English.
Ability to respond to e-mails fast OR on Gchat/Skype/AIM frequently.
Youtube proficient
Youtube account at least 2 years old.
Ideas on how to drive traffic for my website via youtube or twitter. (Knowing this can result in more future projects).
Ability to get 10,000 target specific followers on twitter through non-ban methods (once again this will result in future projects)
Innovative/Internet Marketing Experience.
Payment: GAF or PayPal, you can pick. Payment sent upon completion of 5 videos. For a video to be "completed" you must have sent me the link to the video and I must approve.
Very easy quick project for some easy cash on the side. The more you know, the more possibility for more and more projects as I am marketing my site in many different areas!
