Help with Strategy for Email Marketing

I am looking for expert marketeer with track record of previous successful email marketing campaigns.
Do not apply if you can't prove previous experience, will be a waste of my time and your time.
The project:
Develop a strategy on how to engage and convert cold lead customers using email marketing.
Write 5 marketing emails which have proven record to work when submitted to cold leads.
cold lead = customer which doesn't know about our products yet.
Target get market is USA
We already have the database of customers but are looking for more information and advice on how to engage the market and increase conversion.
More information in relation to the advertised services will be sent to the successful freelancer.
For the successful freelancer will be available more marketing work if the strategy he implements proves to be successful.
As always price is always negotiable based on user performance and we are willing to pay a commission for the converted leads .
