Ipad Ordering / Sales / Invoicing

Hello, We are going to a trade fair and would like to be able to do orders off our ipads.

We like the "Quick Sale for ipad" app but we have too many products and customers to reenter each one - ie we want a similiar app but with the ability to 'import' the customers and inventory.

We must be able to

import customers, (csv is fine)

import items (with picture),

items will have different pricing points (e.g 50 is one price, 200 is cheaper),

items must be able to have notes attached (like a drop down item to say the top is ordered in red).

Search items by name and also category (e.g tops, pants, shoes - even by style would be good.)

We need to be able to charge freight (we do a flat amount per area so this could be a drop down).

Tax (GST is 10%)

We will need to be able to customise the invoice print out template. We will need to be able to print the invoice off our ipad to a printer / or even via email to a computer at our desk that can print it - so an email pdf would be fine.

The only catch is the time - we need it ASAP (by end of July).
